Do not park in this parking garage. There is literal piss and shit all over the floor and it smells so disgusting I almost threw up 10 times. There is needles and homeless people in the stairwell. It is not safe.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this public parking lot. While there wasn't any visible garbage or debris, the entire area had a strong, bad smell that made the visit uncomfortable. It was really off-putting, and I felt the need to leave quickly. It’s a shame, because the parking spaces are decent, but the smell really ruined the experience. I would suggest improving the maintenance and addressing whatever is causing the odor before I consider parking here again.

Park elsewhere. The stairs and corridors leading to the street from the parking garage smell like urine and don't seem to be cleaned regularly. If you still choose to park here, be aware that while the payment kiosk asks for your license plate, don't be misled by this like I was. If you don't display your receipt on the dash you'll get a $86+ ticket. It's pretty scammy in my opinion. Why ask for the license plate at all if your enforcement staff doesn't use that information when issuing tickets?
