Ann and Stacy are always a pleasure to work with. I also have clients that rent space from them for their business and sing their praises for the reasonable rent and big improvement the space has made for their operation.
Great company and office staff is excellent
They do not understand how to use their own billing system. The money comes out of your account, but 620 sends you emails for non payment and late fees. Not once by accident, but for 9 months. Then threatened to auction the contents of our unit. We are moving out ASAP. What a shame and an inconvenience all because they can’t properly do their job.
The people in the front office DO NOT enter payments into their own system. This had caused so many unnecessary issues for me...
Noone answers the phone on a regular basis. I was there twice on a Friday during business hours and no one answered the front door...
