man was very polite, and professional,and he also cleaned up,didn't leave any trash or old parts behind,didn't get his name,but he was an older gentleman with a long beard,he knew right away what the problem was with my icemaker freezing up,he was there at the exact time and date he told me he would be,and had it fixed within an hr,I highly recommend 620 appliance
I had a Samsung recall the required multiple visits. They took care of it in a timely fashion and always communicated well. Even calling me after hours on Thanksgiving Eve to ensure I was scheduled to be taken care of.
My washer stopped working 4 months after purchase. Used this company through Samsung warranty. They called me the same day to schedule the appointment for a few days out. Fixed the issue quickly. Will use them again for any other Samsung appliance issues.
I had an issue with my Samsung ice maker that Samsung acknowledged and agreed to repair. 620 Appliance is contracted to do the repairs and I was contacted almost immediately to schedule the service visit. Although it required three visits to completely address the issue (Faulty motherboard, ice maker problem) the ice maker is now fixed and working well.
