I ordered a bouquet for my sister’s birthday from a website, and they sourced 62 flowers to fulfill the order. The experience was a complete disaster. The arrangement was delivered to the wrong address which is nowhere near the intended location, adding significant inconvenience. The quality of the delivery was even more disappointing.
