I had ordered the Teleflora’s Possibly Pink flower arrangement and I paid for the premium size (just shy of $150). I am so upset and disappointed and embarrassed for what was delivered to my friend’s for her birthday. I understand that if they do not have certain flowers in stock, they are to substitute with another kind however, they did not. The arrangement was so sparse and just thrown together. I ordered a bouquet for my sister’s birthday from a website, and they sourced 62 flowers to fulfill the order. The experience was a complete disaster. The arrangement was delivered to the wrong address which is nowhere near the intended location, adding significant inconvenience. The quality of the delivery was even more disappointing. The photo of what I ordered (a Deluxe Rose Medley with over 12 roses and a variety of 3 flower types) shows a full, vibrant arrangement, while what was received had only 7 roses and just 2 typ... read more
