All of my visit experiences have been very good! Major improvements are vastly needed on the informative recordings. They are too fast like the world is coming to an end, compounded by the person gasping for his next breath and stir in some background noise. A nice professional recording would help set the stage for first impression counts. Thank you!
The front desk stop is in incredibly rude and Condescending. There’s always issues booking appointments all the PCM’s seemingly never have appointment times available. Genuinely I just cannot get over how incompetent the front staff is and why they have to talk to you like you are stupid. Just waited 37 minutes for an appointment to get booked for me. The front desk receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and entirely unhelpful and condescending. On top of an already unpleasant interaction trying to schedule an appointment, it was impossible to get an appointment scheduled (for an active duty member) unless it was “life-threatening “. She offered no options, not even 3 months in advance. I left and scheduled a doc appointment off base (paid out of pocket) just to maintain mission readiness. This clinic needs a massive overhaul in standards. The bar is set too low.
The worst medical care I have received. In fact, I’m shocked that the facility remains open. Dr. Nguyen has refused to see me in person since the COVID outbreak. The problem is that now I have long COVID and have been disabled for nearly a year. Dr Nguyen ran some tests after a phone visit to rule out other causes. The nurse gave me the results—because he has never followed up. She says the tests came back fine so it’s likely long COVID. I ask what to do next. “I don’t know.
