I have lived at several properties over the years, and 618 S Main is undoubtedly the best. The property is impeccably maintained and cared for. The office staff, especially Alex and Shavon, are exceptional and responsive. They regularly organize resident events and maintain a festive atmosphere during the holidays. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. The location is ideal, with easy walking access to all downtown Ann Arbor restaurants. I've enjoyed living here for 3 years already and plan to stay even longer.
This place has seriously gone downhill since Krista left. The only competent person remaining is the maintenance guy—he's great and always helpful. But everything else has declined. The community events used to be something I looked forward to. Krista once organized a full catered soup bar that was genuinely delicious. Now? Would like to thank maintenance team Tigan and Drew for their fast response and clean post-op. Issue with my apartment’s appliance got fixed quickly and smoothly.
Been living here for more than one year. Okay location. Nice layout. HOWEVER: (1) WiFi has been down twice and each time it took forever for them to fix. (2) There’s NO HOT WATER most days this week. They said the contractor will fix this problem on Friday and then we didn’t get any updates. Saturday morning you realized that okay they haven’t fixed the problem and you don’t know when you can expect a hot shower.
