Andy was so warm and welcoming during the tour, and Victoria was incredibly helpful throughout my application process!
So happy I chose this building! Love the spacious unit, beautiful lounges, Peloton bicycles, free gourmet coffee - and mostly the very friendly people! I rent the guest suites to host family/friends (which makes it feel like I have a 2-bedroom when needed). And it's great for working remotely - there's zero noise transfer from other units, super fast wifi and a spacious conference room. And the pool and outdoor decks and grills are such a joy!
I moved into 618 S Main St in 2024 and the only reason I'm moving out is because I'm leaving Ann Arbor! I've loved my experience living here for 2 years, and can't overstate how amazing/convenient the location and all the amenities are (gym, pool, business center, package center, etc.). As a busy law student, I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home!
My daughter is transferring to U of M this fall and we drove in to tour apartments together. We had no idea where to start — Ann Arbor is a lot to navigate when you’re not from here — but from the moment we walked into 618 S. Main, we felt taken care of. 618 is the best apartment complex in downtown Ann arbor! I especially love that they have included fiber internet. Andy and Victoria in the office are absolutely fantastic. Definitely an easy choice.
