I’m confused by some of the bad reviews, so I thought I’d add my experience. I lived here from 2024–2026 and genuinely thought it was top tier. If they had offered a three-bedroom option (I needed a dedicated home office), I’d probably still be living here. Andy and Victoria were class acts during the last 4–5 months I lived there after they took over. Anything I needed was handled promptly and always with a smile. This apartment shows very little respect for residents’ money, time, and concerns. I’m honestly grateful to finally be moving out.If you have plenty of time to constantly follow up on basic issues, this apartment might be fine for you. When you’re paying about $1,800 every month, you shouldn’t have to deal with this level of carelessness and poor communication. Great location, great amenities, and fantastic service provided to us by Victoria and Andy, and the maintenance crew! Any problems—no problem. Enjoyed the pool, spa, free starbucks coffee, and provision for storing our bikes in the basement. Another plus that no one thinks about: the elevators respond quickly to a push of a button and they transport you from the basement to the residential levels in no time
