I had an excellent experience as an agent working with Justin Giuliano & 617 Real Estate Group. Justin was extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable during the entire process. He is one of the best agents I’ve done a transaction with in Boston. I could not recommend him more.
Justin, Sam, and Pat did an excellent job managing a house sale for me and my ex wife. They were patient, communicative, and set the right expectations from the beginning. Their guidance was invaluable during what was a tough process. I would definitely go to them again for other real estate transactions.
Bad experience with this realty group. Communication started off fine, but as soon as I mentioned I’d have my broker reach out, everything changed. Messages & calls were ignored, and getting basic updates became difficult to impossible. They were not interested in working transparently or collaboratively once another professional was involved. Consistent communication and professionalism should be standard, not conditional.
617 did a great job helping me sell a house quickly. They work will with investors, no nonsense. They know the Boston market very well and can find good investments whether on or off the market. Also partnered in the same office with Grossack law firm, so was convenient to do the closing with them as well
Brokerages, through M.G.L. c. 112, § 87DDD ½, are the only ones capable of charging broker's fee's to individuals seeking their services, alongside this was a change brought upon the real estate market within the State Budget for 2026 detailing the illegality for parties to then transfer this responibility onto others, invoking the language of landlords passing this on to tenants.
