My experience was a very unprofessional experience. Never again.
My car was really rusty by the wheels. 616 cut out the junk areas and replaced the metal. Then they and coated it with bed liner before match painting it. While they understandably couldn’t guarantee it won’t rust again in a few years, they did the job well and I think the repair will hold up for a long time. Update: I had my front bumper, completely repainted and the hood as well. After a week or two, I started noticing paint chips happening all over the bumper and the hood. The more I inspected it the more unhappy I got. The work was far from good And I have upwards of 50 or more paint chips all over, And I have none anywhere else other than what was re painted… the paint job itself is completely orange peeled looking. One of their tow trucks side swiped my vehicle. They were perfectly happy to fix it without going through insurance until, the only ery next day, my tire developed a very hard shake. They refused to fix my safety issue (the tire), but they'd fix everything else. They claimed it was snow in the tires, but I know what snow in my tires feel like. Now, their insurance will raise because the owner doesn't have the integrity to do what's right.
