I rent a home in East Nashville through this company and it's been nothing but a headache, especially regarding maintenance. Our rental was provided to us with faulty appliances that do not work. Including our water heater as we do not have longer than one minute of hot water. We alerted management of the many issues we've had upon move in at the end of September.
