Down to earth folks that are easy to work with, and they stand by their word on warranties.
Bought a 97 Lexus ls400 from them. Very nice group of guys, the mechanic don very and very personable. He saw something was wrong when he was changing my oil and fixed it no questions asked.
This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle or with any business. I have been dealing with Ross for about 6 months now. Initially, we agreed on a price for a vehicle with HIS recommendations of fluid changes and a headliner replacement included in the price with that deposit being $500, taking into account I have never seen or driven this vehicle since I am from out of state. I retrieved a door from 614cars. The family owned business contradicted themselves a lot, texting me the door was being currently being removed at 4:12pm and was very much still on the car when I arrived at 5:45pm. It was 7:07pm before I drove away with that door.
