Terribly upset! I went there to buy a truck! Experience getting the truck was top notch! Unfortunately before we could even make the first payment the truck broke down. After being promised to be reimbursed 1/2 for the repairs I can’t get a return phone call or email. Very disappointed!
love this place I had a little bit of a tough situation financially getting a loan from local car dealers in my area I went in to 613 Automotive in Ellenville and they worked with me to help me get into a car that I could afford to drive the car was located at one of their other dealerships in Bridgeville NY at the old johnstons Toyota location after test driving the car I gave them a deposit and they were able to deliver the car the following day A+ sales people
My husband and I have bought 5 cars from this dealership. Not because there was anything wrong with the vehicles that we purchased but because as our family grew we need different types of vehicles. We were treated with respect from the kind and curtiouse staff. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.
Chris and really everyone in Monticello is amazing. They work with you in everyway possible to get you a car and if something ends up wrong they have no problems fixing it. Will definitely be returning
