Very disappointed with this firm’s billing practices and lack of professionalism. On January 2, I received two invoices on the same day—one for $1,800 and another for $1,500. I paid the $1,800 invoice immediately. The second invoice was inadvertently missed, which was understandable given they were sent simultaneously and law firms typically collect a larger retainer up front. Heather H was amazing to work with. She was easy to communicate with, always quick to respond, thorough, and kind throughout the entire process. Going through an OFP case is difficult enough, but I truly felt she was on my side the whole time.
