Alex Aldeco put in fire alarms for me today!! I didn’t have any in my apartment and was relieved he got them up. Alex was kind, cleaned up after himself, and very professional. So happy to have a great maintenance team!
I lived here for one year and overall had a decent experience. My maintenance requests were handled in decent timing, and the staff was easy to work with. I’m giving 3 stars on behalf of the building itself. My unit had no airflow or ventilation in the kitchen or bathroom and the air quality is horrible. The building is definitely infested with mold and it’s sad because it’s a beautiful older building not being property preserved to last or be safe for its residents.
