Jeff the manager finally returned my call today and immediately went on the offensive. I said all I wanted was reimbursement for the blade (25.86) or a free 25.00 wash and he said no, so my cars will go to the new car wash on courthouse road, they are just a money machine for the lawyers that own it ,
I'll never go to this business again. The employees were very nasty to my friend when we came to get our car washed when she asked for a moment. When my friend went to speak to the owner, the owner refused to hear anything she had to say and got nasty and very rude towards her. She also mumbled a very derogative and racist comment about black women to her while yelling at her and telling her to leave her establishment and never come back.
Flat surfaces get clean but the wheels, mioors, and bumper areas are still dirty even with the top level wash. Better off getting the cheapest wash and wipe the rest down yourself if you don"t have time to hand wash it.
Got the $23 wash today. Still had bugs on front bumper. Rest of Vehicle was no better. $5 extra for tire clean was waste of cash! Will not return...
