I have constantly tried to reach out to the owner or corporate can never get a response I am constantly overcharged for units I have at that storage building and when I call customer service they do not know how to listen they listen to respond they're not listening to hear anything you say they are also rude and disrespectful to the point that I'm fixing to have to move my stuff out of their units and I have two units there there are other places in Vicksburg that you can store your things and not get overcharged and not be... read more
