I have been a tenant at one of Andrew’s property’s going on four years. In the beginning they are very professional and quick to do repairs as long as they are minor. Anything of significance will go unaddressed and left to further deteriorate. I also came to notice that he will rent to anybody including drug dealers and gang members and when you bring this to his attention his reply will be it’s a police issue. This man is money hungry and not concerned with the quality of life provided behind his actions
