606 Realty is by far the most unprofessional management company I’ve experienced in my 24 years of renting and owning homes in Chicago. The previous board of our condo association hired 606 Realty to manage our property. I was elected onto the board 3 months into 606’s tenure and it was immediately clear how uncooperative 606 Realty - and its owner Max Shreffler - is.
