Terrible experiences with Keznie and Samantha. Will never go back or recommend. My appointment with Keznie was the most disappointing. I was looking for a big change, cutting a lot of length off, highlights, and a pop of color. Wouldn’t recommend ever Gave me a NEW grad trying to get RED out of my hair $300. Clearly needing someone experienced. OH and 2 months later I’m back to the same color. Might as well have FRIED my HAIR myself thanks
