Editing my previous post that this office no longer has the small town feel. They don't know who we are when we come in and it has turned into a business so much that there was no seats while waiting today so I went to wait in my car while my child did not know I was not in the building. We love going to see Dr. Rachel! Everyone is so friendly and knows us by name.

So far we have had a good experience. Yesterday wasn’t the most pleasant as comments were made by staff who were working with my daughter, but this is the first time that’s ever happened. I’m hopeful it’s just an isolated situation. Other than that, I’d 100% recommend 605 Ortho.

I would 100% recommend 605 Orthodontics, Dr. Soyland, and her whole staff to anyone. My daughter is 7 and we have a busy/crazy lifestyle. This has caused some broken brackets between scheduled appointments. They have been nothing but kind and professional each time I’ve had to bring her in. They are very understanding and patient with my daughter. She might take a little longer to decide on her color change but they don’t rush her. We have never had to wait long in the waiting room. I used to love this place before Dr. Wilson retired—it was always a great experience. Unfortunately, since Dr. Rachel took over, things have gone downhill. I paid $200 for a retainer, but they refused to give it to me because I didn’t pick it up on time, even though it was fully paid for. As a result, my teeth shifted and I’ve now had to spend even more money to fix the issue. I feel completely taken advantage of. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I started treatment with 605 Orthodontics in October of 2023. It’s now July of 2025 and I’ve completed treatment. I came to 605 Orthodontics in hopes of correcting my bite. I had an uncomfortable cross bite that was causing jaw pain and tinnitus issues. My teeth were crooked as well, and the edges were scraggly. We discussed all options, and settled on braces.
