604 Real Estate has been our property management company for years now. For this to work, a relationship needs to develop between Council and the assigned property manager. We have had a few different ones over the years and even though they had different working styles, we have managed to make each one productive, efficient, and positive for everyone involved. As a Council, we feel lucky to be working with professional and knowledgeable people who can help manage our building successfully.

We have had an extremely disappointing experience with 604 Real Estate, specifically in our dealings with Sam Bernou. Communication has been consistently poor. Emails regarding property issues routinely go unanswered for weeks, sometimes over a month, requiring repeated follow-ups just to receive any response. The most frustrating example has been a drywall repair required after a sprinkler replacement that was approved by strata. Unfortunately, my experience with this strata management company has been very disappointing. I contacted them in early December regarding an ongoing issue affecting residents and received no response for several weeks. When a reply was finally provided, it stated that no ongoing updates are given, despite the prolonged lack of communication and the seriousness of the situation.
