In my opinion, this company is one of the worst run firms in Western Canada. Their complete disregard for bylaw and safety on properties in Kelowna is out of line. I have worked with hundreds of PMC's over my tenure in the industry and this company runs buildings on questionable grounds. In addition, the leadership panel is under the impression that you can threaten to sue people via sending C&Ds for writing Google reviews. Here's the truth, we live in Canada. Whilst I was president of our strata last year, we switched to 604 Real Estate. Our Strata Manager Dominique Hogan is excellent, she is responsive and knowledgable. She helped council navigate many challenging issues with unit owners, with care and professionalism.
Zero stars. Agree with all 1 star ratings above. I think all 5 star reviews on here are totally fake. It doesn't make sense. Highly suspicious. This is like a mob-run racket operation that rips off the public, but stays in business due to some power they may have. Otherwise they should have gone bankrupt long ago.
