MTech Autowerks saved my 2018 gla250 4matic. it was having uncommon transmission issues for a while and they took it back multiple times(without additional charge) to do work on it and had to have spent weeks just driving it around making sure it was safe and the problem was solved. i even got a free loaner vehicle while they worked on it. stress free and great service, you can tell MTech truly cares about their customers. highly recommend over dealership. Came here for an oil change and to check other concerns I had on my S63. The whole team was incredibly transparent and polite. I will only be coming to 603Mtech from now on for any issues related to my car.
First I must commend the shop owner and technician for there dedication to service I came up from New York on this past President day With a 9am appointment. Driving up see that the area was hit with a lot of snow. And I was wondering had they come in or dug out the shop.To my amazement I see the shop open dug out and waiting for me.
