My wife and I have been living here for just under a year and absolutely love the building/location. Our unit is street facing but due to the quality design, you can't hear the traffic on Concord which has been a pleasant surprise - also the utilities remain rather cheap. With Fresh Pond next door it's amazing for walking/running on a daily basis with a very great community of dog lovers. Finally, having easy access to redline + 2 major grocery stores is truly amazing!
Great place to live! Convenient to shops and to Fresh Pond Reservoir. I've lived here for more than 2 years and love it!
I've been living here for a year and love it. Very pet friendly, and having Fresh Pond at our doorstep is nothing short of fabulous. Very friendly, flexible and helpful building management too, and a nice community of dog lovers!
We are current tenants and we love it here so far! Having the park right across the street is great for us dog owners.
