If I could post no stars I would. This review was a long time coming and a long time in the making. During our initial visit to the model property, we met Trevor and the owner of 603 Birch Realty, Adam Gaudet. Although we were fond of the property, we were not particularly impressed by them. 603 Birch Realty was AMAZING to work with! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! My husband and I worked primarily with Max and Trevor and they were both attentive, responsive, extremely personable, and genuine. They want you get the best deal for your home, and they want you to to find a home that you love. They also truly make the effort to understand just what you're looking for. Adam went above and beyond with the sale of our house. We made it tricky leaving state right after we listed it. He had to run 2 back to back open houses in an empty home and it sold immediately. He’s a genius in real estate and truly cares about the buyers and sellers. He even worked with my mom on her sale of her house, too! I highly recommend Adam and his whole team at 603 Birch Realty!!
