We were fortunate enough to work with both Trevor and Amy through the process, both of whom were communicative and true professionals. Within a month, we sold our property for asking and moved into the new property. If I could post no stars I would. This review was a long time coming and a long time in the making. During our initial visit to the model property, we met Trevor and the owner of 603 Birch Realty, Adam Gaudet. Although we were fond of the property, we were not particularly impressed by them. We asked numerous questions about the unit, the community, and other related topics.
