Lived here a little over a year and it's been great. Elevator always works, neighbors & staff are kind and respectful, super easy access to town and most of what you need is walking distance. Maintenance is quick and painless. Also the underground parking is great too, it's kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I'd stay longer if I wasn't relocating.
Lived there a little over a year, the AC unit would break for months at a time and dealt with a leaky ceiling due to an AC unit falling over on the roof. Mold accumulated throughout the house as the windows do not open. Drawers would constantly break, dish disposal was damaged upon moving in. The mirrors in my unit were tarnished when I moved in but they call this place “Luxury living”. The management is awful besides the cleaner and the onsite emergency maintenance. Ridiculous. I had an appointment schedule today @ 2PM. Texted the agent letting him know of my arrival , and decided to text me back and cancelled, “due to Covid.” Really? While I’m already a block away? The agent had all day to cancel if they were not feeling well or felt that that they were exposed. Irresponsible So then he proceeds to let me know that a maintaince man will show me the apartments. I turn around to head back and nobody is there , and the agent is not responding . So you cancel on me and then ghost me? Crazy... read more
