Bedbugs and roach infested. Poor maintenance of the building and units. The units are big

This place really needs some more renovation because when I use the elevator, there is like only 1 or none of them actually working. This happened for 2 weeks and many people were late for school. There is even a car in p2 that literally got toilet waste everywhere on it. It stayed there since that happened. I’m giving it 2 stars to give the owners a chance to renovate like cleaning the parking lots.
Man oh man. Where do I start??? I live here 9or 10 years ago the first day we moved in was a nightmare as soon as I turn off the lights cockroaches all over the unit. It was very stressful. Once we notified them of the situation they ask if I would like a someone to come in and SPRAY. Didn’t even have a change to move the rest of the furniture it was a complete mess. I wouldn’t recommend this building to Absolutely NOONE. 2800 for 2 bedroom full of roaches is unbelievable!!!! 0.0stars👎
Worst building ever. They turned off electricity, promised power outage from 8 to 5pm. However it's 6:30pm and no sign of electricity. With power outage, goes water and heat, so we are left cold and thirsty. Lots of roaches everywhere, building isn't well maintained.
