We had a difficult and disappointing experience with 600 Lofts during our relocation to Utah. After a virtual tour on November 4th, we were assured that we could apply using our Hawaii employment income, even though we were moving and would be finding new jobs after arriving. Based on this information, we applied and paid our fees early so we could secure housing for our January 1st move. I feel spoiled living here! Heated halls and garage, they change your light bulbs and filters. Sink plugged? no problem they fix that too! Work orders completed within 3 hours. I mean come on! That's a nice touch! The staff are consistently friendly and quick to respond. Alex Chaus, Office Manager has organized many events that make it a friendly community. 600 Lofts has been a great experience so far - the downtown benefits at an affordable price. I'm not sure you could find many other places with such a great location plus nice living arrangements themselves. Even the studios have washers and dryers and dishwashers. It's been a fun place to live, and I'm glad I picked it.
I initially felt hopeful when the management at 600 lofts responded quickly to my first emails. However, when I raised serious concerns about safety and noise, especially after reading reports of unauthorized entry and break-ins, their communication completely stopped. I sent multiple emails asking for clarification and assurances but received no response. I've lived here for 8 years, and overall, it’s been a good experience. There really aren't many amenities—just a BBQ area, a couple of benches outside, and a workspace area but no printer. The gym is actually pretty nice, though. The dog parks are gross. The back one is all torn up to hell and the fake turf out front is disgusting and has never been cleaned in all the years I’ve lived here.
