I initially felt hopeful when the management at 600 lofts responded quickly to my first emails. However, when I raised serious concerns about safety and noise, especially after reading reports of unauthorized entry and break-ins, their communication completely stopped. I sent multiple emails asking for clarification and assurances but received no response. I've lived here for 8 years, and overall, it’s been a good experience. There really aren't many amenities—just a BBQ area, a couple of benches outside, and a workspace area but no printer. The gym is actually pretty nice, though. The dog parks are gross. The back one is all torn up to hell and the fake turf out front is disgusting and has never been cleaned in all the years I’ve lived here. Bueno desde ayer 17 de Julio de 2025 . Se volvió a dañar el termostato de mi aire acondicionado y en éste momento mi apartamento 555 está demasiado caluroso; ayer tuvimos la necesidad de abrir las ventanas por el calor que se sentía. Yo quisiera que me cambiaran ese termostato, siempre se daña. Gracias
I've been living in these apartments for 3 years, and I love it here because I'm close to all of Utah's commerce. It's a quiet place. The management is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are cozy, have great views, and are in excellent condition. What I like most about living here is the covered parking, which is the best in winter. I give this place 20 out of 10 stars. I love living here. Thanks.
Poor management. Can’t get a hold of emergency maintenance is just one of the issues.Also dealing with harassment and bullying and gaslighting and disrespect. This community has gone down hill so bad in the last few months due to the new management here. It’s criminal and it should be investigated.
