Cheaply built apartments. I could hear neighbors as if they were living with me. I'm not mad at the neighbors one bit as they gotta live their lives the way they want to. Staff is nice though. Relative to apartments I've lived elsewhere around the state, this is the worst.

Great living environment and Donna is amazing as a building manager. Things get fixed immediately and the parking is spacious in comparison to other apartment complex. The only complaint is sometimes you get tenants that don't understand someone lives below. I've had above tenants that you couldn't hear and others who would stomp around like an elephant.

Realistically I'd say 4.5/5 - I wasn't without some complaints here, but I say 5 because I was always taken care of by the building management and maintenance. Pros: Quite new apartments, you will likely only have 1-2 tenants living in your unit before you. Contrary to what someone else wrote, I rarely heard my neighbor except for one who had a party. Positives: Staff is professional. Work orders are completed quickly. The apartments look good with high end appliances. The trash pickup up from the apartment door is great. The gym is spacious and rarely used so you can get a workout in anytime. The dog wash area is a great feature. Plenty of parking. Negatives: Perhaps the biggest downside is the lack of sound isolation between the walls, floor and ceiling. I can easily hear my neighbors through the walls. Living at 60 Mansfield is an incredible experience! Donna, Corinne, and Fernando are all phenomenal. Not only are they engaging, but they also handle any questions or concerns with care and efficiency. The amenities are top-notch, truly appreciated the Amazon Lockers they had for packages. The building is maintained regularly inside and out, including the grounds. They regularly have service providers/vendors come in to ensure things are in good condition.
