Horrible esa clínica , la atención al cliente pésima mucha falta de profesionalismo , te cobran primero y luego te explican los pro y contra ,no la recomiendo , para hacerte el examen del DOT te exigen un inglés fluido jamás había visto que una clínica de examen médico te pidan el inglés y a consideración de la doctora dicen ellas allí si lo pasas o no

I just wanted to leave this review because it’s only right. Like many others, I was told that my DOT physical from Dr. Jenny wasn’t valid. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the letter in time and my Class A CDL was downgraded to a Class C. I called the office to find out what happened, and they explained everything clearly. They even had me come back in and gave me another physical at a discounted price. Thanks to Dr. Betancourt, I was able to get my license upgraded back to Class A without having to go to the DPS office or pay ex... read more
