been a patient for awhile. my insurance changed but they said they accept my new ins so no problem. Until i received a huge bill. i called my ins co to see why and was told theyre not in network. the worst part is they charged me for a full procedure but told me i didnt really need all of the procedure done so they did half the job and charged me in full. will not be going back
Had a great two experiences my first one was two teeth being taking out and the second one was 8 teeth drill and filled.. the dr's and helpers were super nice and understanding.. super great i love my smile now, first time in 20 years i can talk and not be scared of what people think of my mouth.. thanks 6 to 9 your the best!!!!
Convenient hours and willing to make a payment plan. I have the worst teeth and am looking to restore/makeover. Jacqueline at the front desk/office manager is the most compassionate, kindest person- and she took time to review my financial obligation, even while I needed her to repeat it a couple of times with no judgement. She really took time to make me feel that I was her priority, knowing there were other patients in the office. Great place to get dental work done. I had a emergency with my tooth and they scheduled me in the next day! They are very professional, kind and patient with their customers. Jacqueline (front desk) is so sweet. She made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Humphrey and her assistant Skyler did a amazing job!
