I placed an order with 6 ICE Jewelry on June 1, 2025, for a Black Moissanite Clover Tennis Chain valued at over $600 CAD, using Sezzle financing. The product was advertised with Same Day Express Shipping after a 3–5 week production time. They give a guarantee that there will be no tarnish for the first 12 months. The piece I ordered from them became tarnished in four. Even though they supposedly stand by their guarantee, I had to pay to ship the piece back and then have a new piece shipped to me. What kind of clowns are these?
Do not order from this company. I placed an order and received it and after receiving it noticed, I placed the order for wrong sizes. I wanted to return and replace a new order for the corrected sizes, but based on how they have been treating me, I will not be placing a second order at all. Their websites states to email them before sending in the returns & I’ve emailed them numerous times & still no response. I’m going to have to dispute this with my credit card company & also take my business elsewhere.
I was going to consider this for a gift option but thankful for the honest reviews, I will save myself the stress. The old adage still holds. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Ordered a 2000 dollar chain in October. Been waiting on it over 4 months now. Magically was completed and shipped once I made a claim through PayPal. I'm going to refuse delivery and escalate the claim as they're a shady company and don't wanna support them in any way and the chain was supposed to be a Christmas gift anyway. Stay away. There's a reason they're an online only outfit with no storefront. Again STAY AWAY
