I made an appointment through their website at the Reseda location at 915 as a new patient. I had arrived early to a closed location. The lady didn't arrived until 925. I informed her that I am a new patient and paid the online 25 payment fee. Then she informs me that the Dr. Is not at the location today and she will be at the Van Nuys one. So, here I am annoyed already that they opened late and now this older lady is telling me I can't be seen at the appointment time that I was scheduled.
