My daughter, grandaughter and I enjoyed our trip to NYC and having a nice room with a hot shower and very comfortable bed to come back to after a long day of site seeing was wonderful. The location was everything, close to Central Park, the subway, and Columbus Circle. The deck overlooking the street and city scape was perfect, we loved sitting out there in the morning or enjoying the city views at night. Rooms are not even close than the pictures, and the person from the hotel who responded to my comment, I don't know if he's going to hire a magician, but he can work as a clown!
100% fraud after checking out they charge our credit card 3 time total of 1,022.46 i called 5 time after and now two months still no refund
No breakfast. There is a rooftop open (check opening days with reception). Very small reception with a couch and two armchairs. There is a Japanese restaurant next to the reception. Hefty deposit when arriving (USD 200 in July 2025). Credit card needed.
