Excellent place to live, highly recommended! I've lived here for 10+ yrs and my mom for 35+ years. Amenities are second to none (2 min drive to 401, Costco/Walmart/banks/doctors etc. all within walking distance). Our Superintendant (Dan) is extremely professional, easy to deal with, competent and knowledgable with just about everything you can imagine. Both my mom & I live carefree in this building knowing that all our needs are well taken care of.
Very clean and nice
A truly terrible place to live. Our apartment smelled of marijuana all day and night. Some neighbors play loud music and leave their apartment doors open so we can all enjoy the concert. Others use the parking lot to play catch by hitting cars.
