Very clean and nice
A truly terrible place to live. Our apartment smelled of marijuana all day and night. Some neighbors play loud music and leave their apartment doors open so we can all enjoy the concert. Others use the parking lot to play catch by hitting cars.
The parents have lived in the building for over 15 years. Recently, new owners purchased the building and have been drastically raising rents. Meanwhile, new tenants are moving into so-called renovated apartments and having to deal with an infested environment. As an outsider I strongly believe that the senior residents of this building should stick up for each other and stand strong to new owners trying to take advantage.
