I only can speak on what I know...The receptionist Maria is extremely rude! I've never known someone in her profession to treat a recovering addict the way she does. If u complain, nothing happens except you get booted and told don't come back for 6mos.. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Go to a different facility. The Counselors are great. They go over and beyond helping where they can and love doing it. To me the only problem is Maria..And other Staff members I can't recall there names. It's just a horrible place..
Staff is extremely rude. No communication amongst each other
This is one of the best clinics I’ve been too. I’ve been to 3 methadone clinics and left because of certain reasons. This one i have a good vibe about, the staff are amazing. Always so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond their job duty to make sure you’re taken care of and have what you need. You can tell they actually love what they do and it shows and makes the clinic such a positive place.
