I am absolutely not someone who ever leaves a bad review but after today I felt I had to. I have been coming here for years and they just rebranded to the nail lab, I came last Sunday to get a fill and had my nails done and they were fine leaving. Two days later two of them chipped overnight I immediately came in and asked to fix them. They then charged me to fix them and when i pointed out they had given me the wrong color rather than fix it he painted the lighter color over it. I have been coming to this nail Salon as a faithful customer for last 3 to 4 yrs, today I had the worst experience with a new technician that thought she knew everything & would not listen to anything i wanted her to different! She knew everything and didn’t want me saying anything on how she was doing! And I complain to owner, he acted like he was denying anything I was telling him!
