I’ve been here since earlier this year and has been an absolute pleasure being in this part of the community. Our concierges, Heather and Harry are like family and genuinely care about the residents. Our board members are very mindful and truly care about the building and everyone. I love the people and culture. My view from my unit is amazing and happy here. The only negative part is the library next door.

I have been living here for about four years on a high-view floor flooded with many light days of the year. If you have issues with grey skies and seasonal light disorder, this can be a cure. The building has a minor common area update with new art on each floor. Garage doors are closed throughout the day for added security, but there are no easy ways to avoid the life of downtown living (addicts and mental health crisis aside.) It has beautiful views and can walk anywhere in downtown. However, there have been car break-ins - the condo shares parking space with commercial building next door so most of the time parking garage is open. Resident storages located in the garage have been robbed several times. Random people tried to sneak into the building. Over a year there have been more tents set up across the street at the public library and the street started smell. Because it is all glass building it gets noisy when it rains.
