The whole staff is very knowledgeable about buying an selling homes. I am a first time home buyer and I require alot of patience. I have had the absolutely pleasure of using 5th Group Realty as my management company. I have a small portfolio of 5 properties totaling 9 doors. 5th Group has made my process seriously passive. They call it "mail box money" because I dont't have to deal with the tenant land lord duties, NO Phone calls or dealing with contractors. My tenants are happy and I enjoy the transparency of the management process.
I had the pleasure of working with Jameshia Johnai. She was my realtor and assited me in purchasing a 2 flat building. She is so informative, proactive, paitient and a true professional in every since of the word. She has a great response time. Jameshia really made this process extremely comfortable and smooth. I would definitely use her services again in the near future.
The agent I worked with was not pleasant her attitude was the worst and she didn’t even put my application in like she was suppose to. In addition she never returned calls or text messages.
Came here to inquire about purchasing a building the agent was very helpful and resourceful when it came to the information provided to me. I am currently in the process of closing on that property.. Thank You so Much
