Fifth Estate Tattoo Parlor is hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. My artist, Travis, is truly the best—his rose work is next level. I’ve been going to him religiously for rose designs on both of my arms, and every single piece he’s done is stunning. The detail, the shading, the flow—just amazing. Walked in for a tattoo here a couple years ago and got a fine line flower on my wrist… For a while, I thought maybe I just did a piss poor a job at healing it but I used the same method for all my tattoos (blue magic, iykyk) and you can literally see the scarring and blown out lines :/ it was cool that they took me for a walk in even though I was supposed to have an appointment, and I like that he made my design look better than what I drew but it’s the execution for me.
If your not the "typical" Gilbert resident don't go here. Found this shop online and went in for a consultation about 6 months ago and was treated like garbage. Right from the beginning the receptionist had an attitude and was extremely rude, at one point I was consulting with an artist and was bumped/hit very hard in the back, when I turned to see who had just hit me, I noticed the receptionist walking away like nothing happened, not sure what that was about but it felt like I was assaulted.
