I purchased a rental property through 5th Avenue Realty, and was exceptionally pleased with the smooth transaction, and exceptional handling of my purchase. 5th Avenue realty was probably the best decision for my husband and I. we were skeptical at first because we hadn't heard of them before, but Shatay washed all our apprehension away. Her immense knowledge of real estate helped us with selling our condo in Novi.
