Pretty pour company managing company for our HOA. All they do is raise fees and don’t fix anything. Numerous units were damaged due to the roof not being replaced, yet it’s been over a year and units still aren’t being fixed. They say they’re still waiting for proposals “really”. We pay the highest HOA fees in our area with nothing being fixed. Gym is closed, hot tub doesn’t work, etc,
