Horrible hair customer service deplorable people that look like you treating you with disrespect. Will never shop there again!!!! The African Employees treated me with such disrespect I am still fuming but when you purchase cheap you get cheap in more ways than one!!!!
I've never had a problem here. I love the staff. Especially Auntie who always helps me with my choice of hair. I respect them they respect me. ***I don't show up 5 minutes before the store closes either.
Bad customer service, bad product, one of the product I bought smell so bad. I tried to return but they don't even have store credit card. They use receipt have the refund credit what a shame! Will never go again!
If they're going to send an employee over to stand next to a customer browsing an aisle, at least have them pretend to want to assist the customer find a product. Girl stood next to me talking in her phone and walked back to the counter when I approached the counter to ask a question. I said something about it to the loud woman seated behind the counter, because she didn't offer to help me find a damn thing.
