I will never go to any other nail salon! Before I came here I would go to a different nail salon every time because I was never satisfied. But 5th ave has never let me down. You can go to anyone in this place and they’ll do whatever you want perfectly. Van did these nails and I’m obsessed with them! I literally just show her a photo of what I want and she does them perfectly every time.
Never walk out of there disappointed . Always happy with every set. BO and Van are amazing . Just make sure you have an appointment always busy
I had a TERRIBLE experience here yesterday. The staff was extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I almost walked out. The woman who did my nails (Jenny) gave me an attitude when I asked her to fix a very obvious mistake and didn’t even say thank you when I tipped her. I got an SNS manicure and it looks sloppy and rushed. She didn’t clean up my cuticles or even remove my old polish all the way despite me politely asking.
