I went to this florist on recommendation from a friend of mine who got his girlfriend flowers and he said she absolutely loved them. After reading the reviews I was not sure I should use them but decided to since they were recommended. The flowers my Grandmother got were beautiful and lasted for quite a while. I wrote this review because she just went on and on how much they brought smiles to her and lasted forever.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! RUDE STAFF – I didn't even want to give this company 1 star but apparently I have to so that I can share my review.. Not very helpful – I went to 5th ave. floral for my first time the other day because I knew they had been around for awhile and thought they must still be in business because they are great. Well, I'm wondering how they are still in business because the lady I dealt with was not very helpful or friendly. The flowers are reasonably priced, but I'm not sure my bouquet really looked the best. Oh well, my friend appreciated them anyways, but would probably not go back to this florist again.
