Good landlady. Working hard to keep clean. Landlady will work with you on any issues. Maintenance man is on top of issues. Apartments are typical 1-2 bedroom range 500-1000sqft. Downtown, worth the price for downtown living. Right across from Alaska Motel which can be sketchy, but it's not really, compared to most other downtown motels in any major city. Excellent downtown location. Redone cleaned apartments.
