This was my first time here. They were able to repair my vehicle efficiently and at an affordable price. Eric and the whole team were honest and answered all my questions. They provided an amazing experience!! 5Star is the place to go!!!
I gave been taking my family cars here for years. The prices are very affordable, and they never try to upsell me. They stand by their work. If something stops working down the road, they are always happy to fix it and honor their warranty.
I brought my car in and told them I needed an new alternator, because AutoZone said it was bad. However, 5Star ran diagnostics on it and determined it was fine. They could have went along with AutoZone's initial assessment and charged me for a new alternator, but they didn't. They were honest about the situation and I appreciate that. Ditto for my wallet.
