My husband and I just started with 5point in Lumberton. It has been a wonderful experience so far. We have worked with Miss Michele Gutierrez and she has been an absolute gem. Truly feels like an old friend more than someone trying to sell a service. She has been so kind, helpful and patient. She has gone above and beyond to support us and we are so grateful. God willing, we look forward to working with this credit union for many years to come. We highly recommend them.
Michelle always goes above and beyond. I’m picky and not easy to get along with but MICHELLE at Lumberton Branch Is the best.
Would give negative stars if possible. Branch staff I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. She needs a class in customer service. Their ATM gave me a partial bill and the staff doesnt want to do the work to resolve the issue.
