Michelle always goes above and beyond. I’m picky and not easy to get along with but MICHELLE at Lumberton Branch Is the best.
Would give negative stars if possible. Branch staff I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. She needs a class in customer service. Their ATM gave me a partial bill and the staff doesnt want to do the work to resolve the issue.
