Do not recommend for condo management. Deb is consistently rude and does not apologize for mistakes, even major accounting errors or delays in completing tasks. She cannot get anything done on time. If you get a task done, you've hounded her. If you like babysitting a narcissistic adult, hire Deb and her team. If you want someone who is courteous, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, and is proficient in basic communication skills: look elsewhere. Simply the worst. I can't think of one thing they did right. The first thing they did is write a check to themselves with all the condos reserves. Scam
The worst experience possible. Fees upon fees. Have no concept of how to manage property. Will disappear for weeks with no response. Worse than useless They use a false address and phone numbers. bad bad bad
We engaged 5G for condo management .5G breaks the joke that even a broken clock is right twice a day. A wall leak has not been addressed for 6 month. How long does it take 5G to replace a lightbulb? We don't know yet, it's been over 10 months and it hasn't been done. 5G promised they would fix the light bulb but instead replaced the lighting features. SO still no light.
