Simply the worst. I can't think of one thing they did right. The first thing they did is write a check to themselves with all the condos reserves. Scam
The worst experience possible. Fees upon fees. Have no concept of how to manage property. Will disappear for weeks with no response. Worse than useless They use a false address and phone numbers. bad bad bad
We engaged 5G for condo management .5G breaks the joke that even a broken clock is right twice a day. A wall leak has not been addressed for 6 month. How long does it take 5G to replace a lightbulb? We don't know yet, it's been over 10 months and it hasn't been done. 5G promised they would fix the light bulb but instead replaced the lighting features. SO still no light.
