Pedicures were not thorough or done correctly. My nail polish looks sloppy mind you its gel so I can't just take it off and I now need to go pay someone else to fix this. There are clumps on the sides. Also took a closer look and they didn't even remove the old polish completely. The level of service and price is unacceptable. I will not be returning and recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for quality. Luxury was the pedicure I requested i got the exact opposite.
My nails look chewed up, all of the skin under my nail is glued to the tip. Nails are bulged & crooked. This was a very depressing waste of money. UPDATE: I went back in and they fixed my nails. They were very kind about it and used it as a learning experience.
