5Coat was amazing! Bryan was the ONLY roofer who came out with paperwork to show what he was telling us. He sent a detailed report of damages seen within 48 hours. He helped us navigate the insurance process, including denials, for over 3 months. He tarped it during the multitudes of storms we received as well. We had a great experience using 5Coat. They quickly repaired our roof damage and organized re-painting our home and doing all the gutter work. Bryan was very responsive with communication organizing the work and making everything right, even having the crew come back out to make corrections. We will definitely be using them for any of our future projects.
