My daughter and I are long time customers…today’s poor experience sealed it for us and we will not return to 5C. Two weeks ago I waited 25 mins past my gel pedi appt and the nail tech Vivian was so rude when she started my pedi , didn’t say hello, didn’t apologize for making me wait 25 mins and in general had a nasty attitude toward me for no reason. Made appt waited 45 min. No one could tell me when I could get my services I walked out. Also they try to tell you the Groupon is only good on certain days. I told them I had it when I called for my appt. They won't stay in biz. Their response is totally incorrect. There was no one available to take me in 2 minutes and that's a total lie. I was asking when and no one could give me a time. I waited 45 min. So don't tell me otherwise. You are not being honest. You don't communicate properly.
